When you visit this website

The site is hosted using GitHub Pages. A request to load a page or file may be recorded in hosting or security logs, which can include technical information such as your IP address, browser and the requested page. GitHub describes its handling of information in its Privacy Statement.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. The Contact page also embeds a Google Map. Those requests connect your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and technical request information. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

The website has no analytics or advertising tracking, user accounts or online payment features. The enquiry brief builder on the Contact page keeps the service, optional postcode and project details in the page while it is open. It prepares an email draft in your own email app; those details reach us only if you choose to send that email.

When you contact us

If you call or email us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and handle the related conversation. This may include your contact details and information about your project. How long we keep it depends on the enquiry and any resulting work; contact us if you would like us to review information we hold about you.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances and the applicable law, you may have rights to access your personal information, have inaccurate information corrected, request deletion or restriction, object to some uses, or receive information in a portable format. To make a request, contact us using the details above. We will consider it under the rules that apply to the information and request.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Its guidance explains your data protection rights.
